I’m Hana Klust, a business and product analyst with experience in complex digital projects. I help define the real problem, connect business and user requirements, and turn them into a clear brief for the team.
01 / MY STORY
From complexity
to clarity.
My analytical experience comes from large-scale product and design projects for ČEZ, Tipsport, Allwyn, and PSN. I have worked with requirements, user flows, research, and testing, and led the creation and governance of company-wide design systems. That background helps me understand both the brief and what its implementation means for the product, its users, and the team.
I enjoy bringing people and perspectives together. Working with stakeholders, designers, and developers, I turn complex requirements into practical solutions that make sense for users and the business.
My background includes a master’s degree in New Media from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen.
